Refund policy

Returns and refunds will be decided at the discernment of Cross My Heart on a case by case basis. All returns must take place within 30 days of original purchase date. In any cases of return proof of purchase must be provided, and product must still be in original condition. Under the same aforementioned conditions, if a product is found to be faulty, misprinted, damaged in transit, or a customer has been sent the wrong product, customers may submit a claim via email to be reviewed for a replacement to be made free of charge.
